This brilliant photo expresses an emotion we've all felt: isolation. The use of someone in a cage is well-used, but this photo gives us a different view into it.

The contrast between the girl and the grass is something that really struck me as very effective. It shows that she's closed in by the endless twists of grass, even though she doesn't belong there. It's very effective how you positioned everything. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt=":heart:" title="Heart"/>

I like how you left the cage door open as well. It makes the girl much more open, instead of completely locked away from everything and everyone. It suits the atmosphere of the piece.

Overall, I think it's an especially impressive and striking shot of a well-worn subject, and you've captured it exceptionally well.
